Our medical specialists can provide a professional medical opinion based on the content of the medical file. This step is essential to determine the appropriate actions to take and, among other things, to answer the question: Is this the right time to have your employee assessed through a medical expertise?

Medical Expertise

Following the medical assessment performed by our specialists, we prepare a comprehensive expert report addressing all questions outlined in the mandate. A post‑evaluation phone call or email is available upon request. At the request of the Collège des Médecins, our specialists will also complete the official expert declaration form.

Pre‑Employment and Employment Medical Evaluations

Our medical specialists can assess the physical and psychological condition of your job candidates.
They can also provide recommendations when necessary.

On‑Site, In‑Office, or Virtual Availability

Our specialists are available to travel to your workplace or welcome individuals at our offices. Virtual evaluations are also offered based on your needs.

CNESST Designated Physician

Our medical specialists can act as your designated CNESST physicians and will receive copies of your employees’ medical files through the CNESST (Law 42).
They can provide file summaries or medical opinions on CNESST cases and advise you on the next steps required to move the file toward consolidation. An authorization form for file access is available through our services.

Expert Witness Testimony

Our medical specialists are available to testify before the courts.

Our Medical Expertise Process

Step 1: File Review

The first step consists of an in‑depth discussion to understand the nature of your medical expertise request. We review the initial file or speak with you directly to clarify the reasons for the request.

Step 2: Fee Estimate

Once the services are defined, we provide a detailed estimate of the fees associated with the medical expertise, based on the selected services and the complexity of your case.
This estimate includes all potential costs from the expert physician’s fees to administrative charges ensuring full transparency before moving forward.

Step 3: Appointment Scheduling

We schedule an appointment with the medical expert best suited to your case. Depending on availability and the specifics of your file, we offer a prompt evaluation time slot.
You will receive an email confirmation with the date and time of the appointment. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period.

Step 4: File Preparation

Before the evaluation, we gather all necessary documents, including evaluation mandates and medical records, according to the designated physician’s requirements.
This preparation ensures that the expert has everything needed to conduct a complete and accurate assessment that meets all expectations.

Step 5: Evaluation

On the day of the appointment, we promptly inform you whether the individual attended. If present, we also provide the designated physician’s preliminary written conclusions, allowing you to follow the progress of the evaluation in real time and make informed decisions.

Step 6: Results Review

After the evaluation, the designated physician prepares a detailed report summarizing the conclusions of the expertise. We commit to sending this report by email within 10 to 12 business days. This carefully prepared document is essential for any subsequent legal, administrative, or medical decisions.
